Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
• Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by staff.
• Plan and organize resources in advance.
• Identify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project.
• Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions.
• Coordinate the production stage of Joinery units with the factory and make sure its following project design, budget, program, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
• 15+ Years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Hotel Projects
• Experience in project cost estimating and value engineering
• Ability to participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies
