Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Manage stakeholders and secure all required authority approvals.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Track progress, meet milestones, and integrate best practices across projects.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• RTA-approved candidates are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a proven track record in the UAE.
• Expertise in government contracts and procedures in the UAE.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
