Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities for breakwaters, quay wall rock works, and beach profiling.
- Lead and coordinate manpower, equipment, and marine plant on site.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Monitor quality, levels, alignment, and productivity of marine works.
- Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and equipment operators.
- Enforce HSE and marine safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine Civil Projects (Activity involved In, Breakwater Construction, Quay wall, beach profiling, etc.).
- Strong Knowledge and experience with Budget Management, Contractual, QHSE process.
