Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full program lifecycle for CCB strategic initiatives from initiation to closure.
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and milestones.
  • Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate & Commercial Banking operations and products.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex programs and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is highly preferred.
