As Manager - Abu Dhabi SOE Program, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI programs for one or more Abu Dhabi State-Owned Enterprises, focusing on implementing AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and KPIs for SOE initiatives.
Manage end-to-end delivery of AI programs, ensuring successful implementation across enterprise functions.
Monitor program performance, track metrics, and ensure deliverables meet strategic and quality standards.
Build strong working relationships with SOE executives, functional leaders, and internal teams.
Coordinate with external AI and technology partners to deliver program objectives.
Implement governance processes to ensure programs adhere to PMO methodologies and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, AI, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or AI initiatives within large enterprises or SOEs.
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs with measurable operational impact.
Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and program delivery frameworks.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
