Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet demand forecasts and business objectives.
Monitor production schedules and ensure strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, for efficient manufacturing processes.
Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
Identify and proactively resolve production bottlenecks, delays, and inefficiencies to maintain workflow.
Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, forecasts, and key metrics for management review.

Requirements

Proven experience in production planning or a similar supervisory role, preferably within the F&B industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various departments.
Proficiency in using planning software (ERP/MRP) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
