Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end strategic procurement activities for multiple categories.
• Lead commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Develop and maintain market, supplier, and service knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve commercial issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in non-technical, multi-category procurement.
• Experience handling commercial procurement for Marketing, Insurance, HR, and Professional Services.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience using procurement platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience with a Real Estate, Retail, or Large Corporate organization preferred.
