Key Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for joinery, fit-out materials, FF&E, and MEP-related items.
• Evaluate vendor quotes, prepare comparative analysis, and recommend cost-effective options.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure material specifications match project requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage material lead times.
• Maintain and update an approved vendor database.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage storage for materials.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of procurement experience in Furniture manufacturing in UAE.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of local market suppliers and import/export procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement documentation.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
