Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communication plans and strategies.
• Oversee and manage all internal and external communication activities for the Authority.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leadership on communication matters and public relations.
• Manage media relations, public inquiries, and stakeholder engagement effectively.
• Ensure all communication efforts align with the Authority's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of communication professionals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in strategic communications, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior advisory role.
• Proven track record in developing, executing, and evaluating successful communication strategies, preferably within a government or regulatory environment.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape, public sector communication challenges, and crisis management.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable for this role.
