Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing in line with internal policies and UAE labour laws.
• Maintain employee records within Oracle Fusion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Human Capital and Finance teams on compensation planning and budgeting.
• Administer payroll adjustments, deductions, benefits, and end-of-service settlements.
• Process annual bonuses, promotions, and increments based on performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll policies, UAE labour law, and HC systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar HRIS software.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and time-management skills.
