Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement paid media strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.).
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience in the tourism or culture sector is a plus.
