Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control various operational systems and equipment from a central command and control room.
Respond promptly to alarms, anomalies, and unusual operational conditions, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs and reports of all operational activities, incidents, and system statuses.
Communicate effectively and coordinate with field personnel, other departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure strict adherence to all company safety protocols, operational procedures, and emergency response plans.
Utilize advanced control systems and software to optimize operational performance and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Ability to perform effectively in a demanding and dynamic command and control environment.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using control room software, SCADA systems, and other operational technologies.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
