Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage various types of bank guarantees (e.g., bid bonds, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees).
• Ensure all guarantee operations comply with ADIB policies, Sharia principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify accuracy of documentation and secure necessary approvals for guarantee issuance, amendment, and cancellation.
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and internal departments to facilitate smooth guarantee transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to guarantee activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking operations, preferably with exposure to trade finance or guarantees.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory compliance, and Sharia principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
