Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring accuracy and proper stock rotation.
- Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse and logistics teams to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards in warehouse operations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within warehouse, logistics, or operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, warehousing best practices, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
