Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell and cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
• Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications and maintenance requests.
• Process customer requests, including account openings, online banking requests, and other services.
• Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM, call center, and online banking.
• Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals.
• Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
