Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute collection strategies for overdue accounts to meet recovery targets.
Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
Monitor collection performance and ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and legal departments, to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency.
Prepare regular reports on collection status and performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in collections, debt recovery, or banking operations, preferably within the financial sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work under pressure, manage a high volume of cases, and meet challenging collection targets.
Proficiency in relevant banking software, collection systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
