Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose hand and upper extremity conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide specialized therapeutic interventions and exercises.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid professional license/registration in the UAE.
• Proven experience as a Hand Therapist, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of hand anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
