Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and system health 24/7.
- Identify and troubleshoot network incidents and alerts.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and SLAs.
- Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English.
