Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all MEP services on construction projects from design to completion.
Ensure full compliance with project specifications, local codes, and industry standards.
Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions for MEP works.
Oversee site inspections and maintain quality control for all MEP installations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an MEP Coordinator in general contracting projects.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their integration.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

MEP Coordinator
