Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize health information, including lab results, imaging reports, and consultant notes.
• Facilitate efficient clinical workflow by handling administrative tasks related to patient data.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding clinical environment.
