This role requires a data-driven individual experienced in performance media buying to drive quality registrations and First Time Deposits.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
• Manage daily pacing, bidding, budgets, and delivery.
• Run structured creative tests and identify top-performing angles, hooks, and formats.
• Build and refine audiences for different segments and test interest, behavior, and lookalike audiences.
• Analyze traffic quality by source and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track CPR, CPV, CPFTD, ROI and optimize toward FTD-driven results.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on paid media buying experience.
• Strong track record running performance campaigns (preferably fintech, trading, e-commerce, lead gen).
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic platforms.
• Deep understanding of optimization metrics and performance funnels.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards/analytics tools.
