Key Responsibilities

• Research, select, and specify materials and FF&E in line with project requirements and design standards.
• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, material boards, and specifications.
• Source vendors, request quotations, and conduct cost comparisons.
• Coordinate procurement, ordering, delivery, installation, and inspections of FF&E.
• Ensure materials and FF&E comply with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Monitor budgets and track expenditures related to materials and FF&E.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Procurement, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in materials and FF&E coordination or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and supplier markets.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
