Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Sobha training academy, ensuring employee training and assessment.
• Monitor quality control parameters within the Sobha Hartland site.
• Conduct audits of the quality system for all departments.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with department heads.
• Actively participate in Q&T briefings and meetings.
• Prepare and implement a QC Plan during the project.

Requirements

• Experience in preparing inspection checklists for major trades.
• Ability to carry out site walks with the project team regularly.
• Proficiency in preparing lists of defective works and issuing observations.
• Skill in issuing non-conformance reports and maintaining a log.
• Expertise in conducting random inspections of materials delivered to the site.
• In charge of the centralized QA/QC laboratory.
