Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist RMs in opening and closing accounts, ensuring compliance and KYC checks.
• Process client transfers, remittances, and FX deals within agreed TAT.
• Coordinate with various departments for investment trades and follow-ups.
• Update and monitor trackers, ensuring correct registration of documents.
• Log and follow up on customer complaints in the CMS system.
