Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounts receivable functions and processes.
• Ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts and manage client payment terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve any discrepancies, and investigate unapplied payments.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and cash flow forecasts.
• Implement and improve AR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Accounts Receivable Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and AR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
