Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source desirable luxury products and brands for Tryano Department Store.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to inform buying decisions.
- Develop and execute seasonal buying plans and strategies in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize overstock.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to maximize product visibility and sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Luxury Buyer, preferably within a department store setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail market, trends, and brands.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in retail buying software and MS Office Suite.
