Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials to various sites or clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, inventory levels, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and achieve efficiency.
- Prepare and process necessary logistics documentation, customs declarations, and shipping manifests.
- Implement and enforce logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar supply chain role (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and transportation regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a valuable asset.
