The ideal candidate will support the efficient execution of logistics, HSE, security, and administrative functions, contributing to smooth site operations and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized and updated data records for Logistics and HSE Departments.
• Prepare and submit contractor and consultant access passes in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit the monthly Logistics Dashboard and project logistics layout updates.
• Support 24x7 access control, including material gate passes and site access procedures.
• Maintain and manage records for Employer's yard and inventories.
• Monitor fleet operations, including vehicle refuelling, servicing, and scheduling.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in logistics/HSE within Master Development & infrastructure projects.
• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHAD).
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• UAE driving license and personal vehicle - mandatory.
