Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to optimize supply chain activities.
Prepare and manage all necessary logistics documentation, customs declarations, and permits.
Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.
Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of logistics principles, import/export procedures, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
