Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.
- Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP relevant regulations for the handling, storage and transport of medical devices.
- Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, documentation and issue resolution.
- Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses and customers.
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
