Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations for local UAE deliveries and international export shipments.
Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, AWBs, and customs documentation, in compliance with UAE regulations and international trade laws.
Use SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders, track inventory, monitor shipment status, and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to book shipments, negotiate rates, and resolve transit issues.
Plan and optimize local delivery routes and schedules within the UAE, including coordination of company vehicles when required.
Collaborate closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, proper storage, and smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, preferably within the UAE, handling both local distribution and international exports.
Strong working knowledge of SAP for logistics and supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Solid understanding of Incoterms, UAE customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
