Key Responsibilities
- Create new JOPNs in the system as per customer purchase orders.
- Generate job invoices from JOPNs.
- Raise POs based on project/factory in-charge quotations.
- Manage Material Issue (MI3).
- Create PO_BILL and GR_BILL received from site supervisors.
- Obtain shipping quotes from freight agents.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory).
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP or similar supply chain management systems.
- Good understanding of customs clearance and international shipping documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
