Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies for booking and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE Customs requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving and dispatching goods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of logistics coordination experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably within JAFZA or UAE).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Customs and JAFZA procedures.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
