Opencode Systems is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to help mobile operators launch and maintain new mobile services based on Opencode technology. Responsibilities include project engineering, account engineering, operational support, and emergency support.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Engineering (installation, integration, testing, commissioning, live activation).
• Account Engineering (live support, helpdesk, change requests, customer technical follow-up).
• Operational Support (system monitoring, health-care, preventive maintenance, training).
• Emergency Support (first level emergency, incident reporting and follow-up).
• Provide necessary technical support at customer sites.
• Work internally with project and product managers and teams.

Requirements

• Valid work permit for UAE.
• 2+ years of Computer and/or Telecom Engineering experience.
• Very good knowledge in Linux System Administration.
• Very Good DB and SQL background, MySQL administration and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in international environment and with schedules and deadlines.
