Fairmont The Palm is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests at the aquatics facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will supervise swimming activities and enforce safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise swimming activities and ensure safety.
- Enforce pool regulations and water safety policies.
- Administer first aid and respond to emergencies.
- Inspect pool facilities and equipment.
- Assist in pool cleaning and water testing.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts for safe environment.
Requirements
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to swim 400 meters in less the 8 minutes.
- Able to work under the sun over 45*c.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Must be a team player.
