Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals.
• Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
• Handle client inquiries and maintain professional communication.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Assist with billing, expenses, and other financial administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
