Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Learning And Development Specialist or in a similar L&D role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and HRIS systems is a plus.
