Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging learning and development programs.
• Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all training initiatives and report on key metrics.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the annual L&D budget and resources.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Learning And Development Specialist or in a similar L&D role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using various e-learning platforms and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
