Requirements

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and market trends, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
