Job Overview

Lead and manage all Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering activities for the IA/PA Upgrade Project. Ensure full compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards, seamless integration of new compressor-package control systems with existing DCS/ESD/F&G/PMS/ECMS, and coordination across Process, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines through the Engineering Subcontractor and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review FEED and EPC deliverables (P&IDs, C&E matrices, instrument index, loop diagrams, hook-ups).
• Finalize instrument sizing, specifications, and installation details as per ADNOC standards.
• Develop and validate control narratives and logic for IA/PA compressor operation and inter-platform coordination.
• Integrate compressor UCP panels with existing ADNOC systems: ABB DCS (800xA), Rockwell ESD, GE Fanuc / Emerson F&G, PMS / ECMS.
• Lead discipline reviews and approve I&C deliverables.
• Liaise with OEMs and vendors for compressor, dryer, and control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Control / Electrical Engineering.
• ADNOC Offshore approval (or eligible).
• Functional Safety (SIL) and Hazard Study training preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification advantageous.
• 15 years of EPC Oil & Gas I&C experience.
• Minimum 5 years in ADNOC Offshore brownfield projects.
