Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
• Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and in compliance with hotel standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests from various departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC engineering.
• Proven experience as a technician in a hotel or similar large-scale facility.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen appliances (ovens, fryers, dishwashers) and laundry machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and circuit diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under pressure.
