Rently UAE is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support our sales and partnerships team, assist customers through the onboarding process, and help deliver a seamless rental journey. We are reimagining renting through our Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) program. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated individual with 2-5 years of relevant experience to join our Dubai-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating required documents and guiding customers through the submission process.
• Collect and organize customer documentation for internal tenant evaluation.
• Support coordination with the tenant assessment team to ensure applications are reviewed on time.
• Help prepare contracts and support the approval process.
• Assist with payment follow-ups before handing over to the collections team.

Requirements

• Some experience in sales, partnerships, or account support (2-5 years), eager to grow.
• Customer-friendly with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling documents, timelines, and follow-ups.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Team player who supports others and learns from experienced colleagues.
