Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery projects based on drawings and specifications.
- Conduct material take-offs and solicit quotes from suppliers.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers to clarify project requirements.
- Develop detailed bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with tender documents.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of material costs and supplier information.
- Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, woodworking, and construction materials.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
