Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
• Maintain computer networks and support server systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide end-user support, including account management and password resets.
• Install, configure, and modify workstations and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain inventory of all technology devices.
• Educate users regarding procedures for securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of computer systems and network infrastructure.
