Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems efficiently, both remotely and on-site.
• Manage user accounts, network access, and system permissions.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
• Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides for knowledge management.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate senior IT staff.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or support role.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
