Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, packages, and policies.
• Process, modify, and cancel reservations in the system while maintaining accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and special requests.
• Support the sales team in promoting offers and seasonal promotions.
• Participate in upselling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales-related documents such as proposals and reports.
