Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations within the Rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, or guest services.
• Learn and apply hotel standards and procedures related to guest check-in/check-out and service delivery.
• Support the team in managing guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality-related program, or possess a High School / Secondary education.
• Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
