Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy and roadmap.
• Administer Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/Finance.
• Manage Marketing Cloud setup, integrations, and automation.
• Administer Genesys Cloud / Contact Center.
• Implement cybersecurity policies and controls.
• Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

Requirements

• Oracle Fusion Administration experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Genesys Contact Center experience.
• Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online experience.
• Cybersecurity & Risk Management experience.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
