Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews and audits of Salesforce and SAP systems to assess their effectiveness.
• Develop strategic plans for the integration of new technologies or features that can enhance system capabilities.
• Work with IT Director on digital transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with heads of other departments to ensure IT alignment with business needs.
• Develop communication strategies to effectively share IT developments and updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure all enterprise application projects adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT systems and Enterprise Applications management, with a strong focus on Salesforce and SAP.
• Expert knowledge of both Salesforce and SAP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Experience with change management processes and the ability to lead an organization through change effectively.
