Leads RCM system deployment projects across King’s College Hospital Dubai and satellite sites, from initiation to go-live and hypercare. Reports to the Director of Technology and manages planning, vendor coordination, NABIDH integration, payer connectivity, data migration, testing, training, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute RCM system implementation projects.
- Manage technology deployment and integration.

- Ensure DHA regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Oversee NABIDH integration and payer connectivity.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT/Healthcare/Business (mandatory), Master’s preferred; PMP required.
- Experience: 7-10 years in healthcare IT project management, 5-7 years implementing RCM systems in hospitals, 3-5 years Dubai healthcare project experience.
- Proven DHA approvals and NABIDH integration experience.
- Expertise in project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
